Scammell Crusader 6x4 EKA Recovery.

(BIG GRUMPY)

1979 Scammell Crusader with EKA recovery body with FULL KIT

It has had :-

cab floors replaced

new clutch fitted

second hand power steering pump fitted

second hand gearbox fitted.

all rear raduis arm replaced

n/s cab wing repaired

body top steel checker plated

two rear relay valves fitted.

full engine service.

tachograph fitted.

over £500 of flashing strob lights and led side and rear marker lights fitted.

complete set of spare rear axles (springs ,wheels ,drums etc + the gearbox that was removed (which could be repaired for about £350)

spare windscreens and some other cab glass

n/s cab door

every thing works as it should.

taxed until FEB 2012

What needs doing :-

cab painting (needs finnishing) now finished

n/s cab door welding or replacing (have one) now done

Body has only been brush painted

This truck has never been used out side the army.

£12,500 o.v.n.o no vat.

who ever buys the old girl has got themselves a very tidy truck that can go straight to work.
